Nestled in the Adelaide Hills, Udder Delights is famous for its delicious handcrafted cheeses. Join one of the original Udder Delights Cheese Makers, Sheree Sullivan for a Home Cheese Making Class. Over the course of 3.5 hours, students will learn how to make Feta and Camembert plus discover how to turn whey into Ricotta.
Sheree has over 21 years of cheese making experience and has honed her knowledge and teaching ability to deliver a fun and informative cheese making class that will leave you equipped with cheese know-how and new found skills. Be prepared for a hands-on experience where you get to do and eat everything.
Savour your way through an in-depth cheese tasting master class with fresh-baked ciabatta, accompanied by a glass of Hesketh wine or Grünthal beer. Each guest will leave with recipes and some small items to help with home cheese-making, plus a $10 voucher to spend in store.
Classes take place in the Grünthal Brew Greenhouse, home to Grünthal Craft Beer and Cider which is proudly made in their onsite microbrewery, as well as Grünthal Gin, Udder Delights Cheese and Hesketh Wine.
